SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping

1.Goods are normally dispatched within 24 hours. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, if we are unable to dispatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

2.The price shown for the goods does not include postage and packing. These charges are clearly set out at the check out stage.

3.Orders are welcome from anywhere in the world. We ship worldwide.

4.Our server supports secure transactions so you can use your credit card with confidence.

Returns

1.On receipt of your order, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, please return the product for a complete refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail us on how to cancel and return an order. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning goods and why.

2.Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

3.We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

NOTE ON HERBAL INGREDIENTS

While every attempt is made that the ingredients in the products are as listed on the site, the Animal Herb Company reserves the right to substitute certain ingredients as would be appropriate for the individual case in question. Due to the seasonal nature of herbal production at times it may be necessary to substitute various herbs within the formulas.
