Why are herbal treatments as a rule slow to work?
The changes in the animal’s body are usually present for a long period and by their nature will be slow to respond. The herbal formulations must first act to rebalance the body and remove the predisposing imbalances that allowed the changes to happen in the first place.

Usually a tub lasts one month.

How does the dosage vary with the size of the horse?
One level teaspoon twice daily is the common dosage for all sizes of horse from foal to adult unless otherwise stated.

If I increase the dosage will there be any benefit?
No. Any more than the amount prescribed will be wasted.

For how long should the herbs be administered?
Benefit is usually seen within one to two weeks but how individual animals respond will vary. Typically the product should be used until the changes in the animal’s body have been corrected unless otherwise stated. It may take up to three months for full resolution in some cases and sometimes longer.

No. There is no substitute for proper professional veterinary care and it is recommended in all cases that professional attention be sought if any doubt exists. These products are complimentary herbal formulas that assist in your dog/cat regaining its full health and vitality. They should be used to compliment veterinary care to speed up healing and correct the imbalances that have occurred to allow the various change to your pets normal health develop.
